The first step is to start making the black tea. It is prepared by placing a pot with a little water; when it starts boiling, we put the black tea bag and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Once ready, we leave it to be used later.
Now, we proceed to prepare the herbs and spices. First, we will take the cloves and cardamom seeds to squeeze them until they are broken. Then we will put all the spices in a pot with the water, without the ginger. We put the pot on the cooker on low heat, to boil little by little and all the properties remain in the water. There we let it rest for 10 minutes.
With regard to the ginger, grate the two slices of ginger over the spice mixture.
