As delicious as coffee may be, it’s the last thing we think about drinking during the summer. High temperatures and hot coffee don’t go very well together. However, Nespresso allows us to turn coffee into a refreshing drink with its new iced coffee pods.
This does not mean the brew will come out of the machine cold when using these iced coffee pods. The coffee prepared with these pods will be suitable for mixing with ice afterwards.

These new coffee pods were launched as a special edition of the Nespresso brand. So, if they catch your eye, don’t miss out on the opportunity to try them out, as you will most likely not be able to get them after the summer. But beware of buying too many and having them expire.

As its name suggests, the Tropical Coconut Over Ice coffee pod has the particularity of having a refreshing coconut and caramel flavour, as well as notes of vanilla and fresh lime that linger on the palate. This is a limited edition from Nespresso for its OriginalLine and VertuoLine coffee machines.
The combination of Arabica coffees from Latin America and Ethiopia creates this explosive and bold blend of refreshing flavours. When consumed chilled, this drink will activate all its flavours in the mouth, leaving a very fresh and light sensation.

Exotic Liminha Over Ice: new limited edition of Barista Creations by Nespresso

Like the previous one, the Exotic Liminha Over Ice pod was designed as a limited edition for the Nespresso OriginalLine and VertuoLine coffee machines. Its flavour contains notes of mint and citrus, transporting us to the refreshing taste of cocktails on the beach.
The blend of African Arabica coffee beans gives a light touch to the taste of these preparations. And although it is not a full-bodied coffee, the fruity cereal and other citrus notes stand out in their flavour, transporting us to the tropics with every sip.
Nespresso Ice Coffee pods from past limited editions
The two new flavours of iced coffee pods we have already discussed are not the only ones from the Nespresso brand. In previous summers, they had other limited editions of these coffee pods for the Vertuo and Original coffee machines. Now they have decided to bring back some of the past editions.
The seasonal Freddo Delicato and Freddo Intenso flavours are also available for OriginalLine coffee machines. And for Vertuo machines, there is Ice Leggero and Ice Forte.
