How to prepare iced coffee?

1. Smoothie or coffee milkshake

One of the most popular and easiest ways to consume an iced coffee is by making a smoothie, which requires only espresso coffee. Once you have the drink ready, you can proceed to crush ice in a blender or buy it already crushed.

3. Coffee ice cream

Another very appetizing way to consume this drink is to make your own coffee ice cream at home. To prepare it, boil 400 millilitres of milk with 25 grams of freshly ground coffee. A few minutes later, stir the contents and cover the container in which you are making the recipe. After 15 minutes, strain the coffee with milk and dissolve 10 to 12 grams of cornstarch in 50 millilitres of coffee.

On the other hand, mix 120 grams of sugar with 25 grams of powdered milk in another container. To this mixture you can add cocoa powder to taste. Then add the coffee from both mixtures and carefully stir all the ingredients together to make a final mixture on the stove.

When the mixture is boiling, it is important to add more cornstarch until it cooks and the texture is thick enough. Finally, cover the contents, and after it has rested for about 30 minutes, you can put it in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours. After this time, you can serve the coffee ice cream in smaller containers and decorate it with whipped cream or biscuits.

4. Cold Frappuccino

Frappuccino is a perfect combination of low temperature and coffee. Among the different ways of consuming iced coffee, this recipe is one of the easiest to make. All you need is a cup of espresso coffee, ice, whipped cream and condensed milk.

To make the recipe, you need to have made a cup of espresso coffee, to which you will add a quarter of a container of condensed milk. After blending smoothly, you should crush ice in a blender and add the coffee to form a slush. Finally, you can serve and add some of the whipped cream to the top of the drink.

5. Iced coffee

If you are a person with little time, but you want to drink coffee in a refreshing and simple way, iced coffee is your ideal ally. All you have to do is prepare your coffee the way you like it, no matter if it is latte, cappuccino or espresso. All you have to do is add ice to taste and enjoy.

In Italy, it is very common to find this type of iced coffee, and its translation means drowned coffee. For the preparation of this recipe, you need a cup of espresso coffee and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
