Preparation of the coffee carlota cake

How to make the coffee carlota with liquor
We start by mixing the cream cheese in a bowl with a hand mixer with a fork until it has a light consistency. Then, pour the evaporated milk as the condensed milk little by little and beat until everything is integrated.
Now, add a spoonful of soluble coffee, the 2 spoonfuls of coffee liquor and the essence of vanilla and mix everything. Reserve.
In your refractory of preference, place in the bottom a little of the mixture of coffee and extend in all the base. And as in the other versions of recipes of the coffee Carlota, intersperse cookies with the coffee mixture until the last layer finishes with the coffee mixture.

Time: 20 min approximately.
- 500 ml. of whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons of decaffeinated soluble coffee
- 6 tablespoons of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of essence or vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder
- 6 tablespoons of cold water
- 1/2 cup of cold decaffeinated coffee
- 1 1/2 packages of maria cookies
- Milk chocolate shavings (optional)
Elaboration of the decaffeinated coffee carlota
First, you must mix the three tablespoons of coffee with the six tablespoons of hot water. Let the mixture cool down completely. Hydrate the gelatin powder in the six spoonfuls of cold water, let it rest for 10 minutes and then melt everything inside your microwave.
