Now, in your blender, we are going to crush our biscuits until they are pulverized.

We will mix the crushed Rich tea biscuits with the coffee and chocolate cream until it forms a uniform paste without removing the mixture from the fire. Let them rest until they reach a warmer temperature for handling.

Meanwhile, we will spread our hands with oil, and with the dough, we will start to make little balls, and in each one of them, we will add a strawberry or half a strawberry.

This step is already to your taste, but if you don’t have strawberries, you can use marshmallows or some seeds like almonds, peanuts or hazelnuts; this way, we give a crunchy touch to our chocolate and coffee truffles.

On a covered tray, we will take our truffles to the freezer, and after one (1) hour, they will be taken out of the freezer and sprinkled with cinnamon.

(Note: you can change the cinnamon for chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, grated coconut, nutmeg, among many other alternatives).
