Cuperinox, from Albacete, is a prestigious Spanish brand in the cutlery sector. Not in vain, its history dates back to the middle of the 20th century, when the former company Cuchillería Peralta was founded in the town of Albacete, Spain.
That birth was the embryo of what we know today as Cuperinox, a company that since its creation in 2004 has extended its production to a multitude of branches of household goods, and which is renowned for the extreme care it takes with the materials with which it manufactures its articles. And especially, of course, the one that gives the company its name: stainless steel.
As we say, the great star of the brand is the Cuperinox knives, but they have known how to use stainless steel wisely to make and market a multitude of tools and articles for our daily lives: scissors, induction pans, wastepaper baskets and, of course, coffee machines. Everything is made of stainless steel with the highest quality standards.
Are you interested in Spanish coffee machines? Do you want to get an Italian stainless steel coffee machine at a good price? Do you have an induction cooker at home?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then we advise you to continue reading the rest of our review of this 100% Hispanic brand.
Buy Cuperinox coffee makers – Prices and catalogue
The Cuperinox coffee machine catalogue only has two models (although there are actually three different versions, because the aluminium one is divided into two). There is a stainless steel induction coffee machine and a cheaper aluminium one. All of them are of the Italian Moka coffee machine.
One of the advantages of buying a Cuperinox coffee machine is that both models have a multitude of sizes, so you can buy a large or small coffee machine of the model you need, depending on your needs. The prices, as you see in the list below, are quite tight, especially in the induction model:

Although Cuperinox is characterised by the use of stainless steel in all its articles, especially in its origins as cutlery, in the coffee sector it has known how to adapt intelligently to the demands of the market.
Thus, apart from the Italian steel coffee machine (which we will review later), the Albacete brand offers consumers a much more economical and basic model: the Cuperinox aluminium coffee machine.
It is one of the most traditional machines of its kind, with a very traditional design and design, and made of unpainted aluminium (it has its original colour) with a black handle and knob. This aluminium coffee machine is sold in two versions: green series and grey series. The only difference between them is that the green series aluminium coffee machine has a silicone gasket (not rubber), and works at a higher pressure.
Otherwise, they are identical models. Both are available in five sizes: 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 cups. As you can see, there is a wide enough range of options for you to find just the right one for your home.
Naturally, its cost is reduced to a maximum, and therefore it does not have a diffusing bottom, so we cannot use it in induction kitchens. But if you have a traditional glass-ceramic or gas cooker at home, and you don’t want to spend a lot of money on your espresso machine, this model fits perfectly to your needs.

However, the star model of Cuperinox is this Italian stainless steel coffee machine, with a much more modern and clean design, which faithfully reminds us of other well-known brands such as the Bergner New Barista, the Orbegozo KFI or the Quid Genova.
The Cuperinox Induction coffee machine stands out, as is the norm, for its materials: it is made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel, with heat-resistant handles and a top tab to lift the lid during coffee service.
As you know, the difference between this type of tabs or tabs as opposed to the traditional upper knob of other Italian coffee machines is that the tab can be operated and the lid lifted with the thumb of the same hand with which you serve the coffee. It leaves the other hand free.
Like the green series aluminium coffee machine, this model has the silicone gasket (not rubber), which is much more resistant. It is manufactured in four sizes (2, 3, 6 and 10 cups) and we find it a super-economical option if you need an induction coffee machine, or simply if you like quality, Spanish coffee machines.
